Severe or unsafe weather conditions

If an event is cancelled prior to doors opening, eligible refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within thirty (30) days of the scheduled event date, excluding any non-refundable service or processing fees charged by the ticketing platform.
Cancellation During an Event (Partial Refunds)
If an event is cancelled after it has begun, refunds for applicable ticket types will be issued on a pro-rata basis determined by the percentage of scheduled event time remaining at the time the cancellation is officially announced.
Scheduled event time is defined as the period between the publicly advertised event start time and end time, excluding early entry, pre-event access, after-parties, or ancillary programming.
Refund Calculation:
Refund Percentage = (Remaining Scheduled Event Time ÷ Total Scheduled Event Time)
Refunds for mid-event cancellations will be processed within thirty (30) days of the event date.

No Refunds
All table service purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the event of a full event cancellation as defined below.

Event Cancellation (Table Service)
Refunds for table service purchases will be issued only if the event is officially cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled.
If the event is cancelled prior to doors opening, eligible refunds will apply only to the base table service purchase amount, excluding any non-refundable service fees, processing fees, gratuity, or minimum spend commitments.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within thirty (30) days of the scheduled event date, subject to ticketing platform and financial institution processing timelines.

Shortened programming
Temporary evacuations or pauses
Table service reservations are capacity-limited, exclusive accommodations that cannot be resold once the event has commenced.

Refund Method
All approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Processing timelines may vary based on the ticketing platform and financial institution.
